Steak and kidney casserole

you will need:
250 g stewing steak and 1 ox kidney (or a pre-mixed pack that most supermarkets have)
A tablespoons of flour
Salt and pepper
Beefstock cube

Chop up the meat into cubes. Roll them in a tablespoon of flour mixed with half a teaspoon of salt and a quarter of a teaspoon pepper. Place in a casserole dish, cover meat with water, crumble half a cube of beefstock into the dish and bake in an oven at 180 ÂșC for one and a half to two hours. (About half way through the cooking, check that there is enough liquid and add a bit of water if not so that the meat remains covered.)
Serve with rice or couscous.
